Please discuss the detailof the working pattern options for the role with the hiring manager.What will you be doing•Delivering robust performance development to direct reports, and achieve agreed performance targets for the team•Providing accurate sales management records for review by the Head of Mid-Corporate and Business Banking, Team, and stakeholders•Mentoring the Team on pricing, appeals and deal structuring, and providing constant coaching•Being the first point of contact for the Head of Mid-Corporate and Business Banking, and coverage leadership within the surrounding North offices and teams•Ensuring the team research and creating target customer lists for new business in conjunction with relationship teams•Ensuring the team develop and implement targeted action plans for generating additional income streams from identified Key Trade Clients•Following up customer activity including credit reports, call reports, letters, tenders etc., and these are produced to a high standard in the correct time frame•Identifying related customer needs and sales opportunities when in contact with customersWhat we’re looking for:•Knowledge and understanding of the T&WC suite of products especially Invoice Discounting•Proven Leadership and sales management abilities with a proven commercial business awareness•Proven Sales, Negotiating and Influencing skills•Proven Stakeholder Management experienceSkills that will help you in the role:•Substantial experience, together with qualifications, in the CID arena•Experience in Mainstream Banking and/ or experience of the KBI and Broker market •A knowledge of the technological advances being made across the industry•Experience implementing change, technological change in particularWhere will you be workingLeedsWe are located in the heart of the City, which is the financial and professional services centre for the region.
