Job Description

A client of ours have recently launch a Direct to Consumer arm of their business. They are performing well and looking for someone to come in and drive the Customer Experience with this product. The product is digitally based so someone with a strong understanding of digital marketing will be ideal.Client DetailsBased in Leeds, this organisation have launched a direct to consumer proposition that is performing well.DescriptionKey responsibilities of the Head of Customer Experience and Brand:

  • This role will be covering both digital proposition & Experience, along with broader digital marketing and brand
  • You are responsible for ensuring a fantastic user journey from an ecommerce perspective
  • You will manage the content strategy across channels
  • Ensure all customer communications is reflective of the brand
  • Work with external agencies to ensure paid & organic search is performing well
    • ProfileThe ideal Head of Customer Experience and Brand:
  • Experience in a similar role within a digital led business
  • Comfortable across ecommerce and customer experience
  • Experience managing external agencies
  • Available to start immediately
  • Comfortable working from Leeds on a daily basis
