Client DetailsPage group are working with a specialist and industry leading business who are now looking to appoint a Head of B2B Customer Operations in a newly created role. The business have strong presence across the UK and plan to expand internationally in the nearfutureDescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Manage a small team who liaise with 3rd parties and B2B customers to drive commercial activity and high service levels
  • Identify correct channels in which products should be marketed based on historic data, market trends and analytic information to ensure business objectives and to support commercial objectives
  • Build strong working relationships with 3rd parties including auction sites, re-sale sites, auction houses and various other channels to ensure smooth ways of working are maintained
  • Identify new channel usage based on market insights and new trends
  • Work with key internal stakeholders to ensure business wide objectives are achieved
  • Regularly review SOPs and identify areas for change and improvement that lead to better commercial outcomes or higher levels of efficiency
  • Review terms and contract with 3rd parties
  • Grow the team over time ensuring best practise is maintained and knowledge is shared across the team
ProfileThe Successful Candidate
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Highly analytic
  • Ability to interpret various data streams
  • Experience in similar roles within retail, e-commerce or product based environments
  • Experience working with Ebay, Amazon, Auctioneers etc (desirable)
  • Customer focused
  • Process knowledge
Job OfferThe role offers a salary of between £50,000 & £60,000 dependent on experience along with extensive company benefitsThe offices are in Leeds
