We are proud to deliver insight-led creative campaigns that consistently convert.We need a Graphic Designer to join the agencys growing creative team. Youll be contributing to a variety of exciting projects for big name brands.Projects will include social media infographics, animations, websites, advertising, magazines, posters, product packaging, exhibitions and displays, corporate communications and corporate identity, i.e. creating a visual brand for key organisations.About the RoleWorking to a brief agreed with the client or account manager, you will develop appropriate creative ideas and concepts to meet the clients objectives. You will also mentor and support junior members of the design team and work alongside the agencys Videographyand Production Manager.The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines - if this sounds like you, we want to see your CV!Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting clients or account managers to discuss objectives and requirements of the job.
• Mentoring / managing junior designers.
• Helping develop and drive forward the agencys creative offering.
• Estimating the time required to complete a job and providing quotes.
• Developing design briefs to suit clients purposes within time and cost constraints.
• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design.
• Presenting finalised concepts to clients or account managers.
• Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work.
• Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print

commissioning illustrators and photographers.About the Person Were looking for:Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years agency experience (or similar).
• Experience and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, in particular InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop, bonus knowledge of Adobe Premier and After Effects.
• Experience of creating 2D motion graphics.
• Experience and a love of photography and videography. (Desirable)

• Curiosity, and passion for design, innovation and creativity. (Desirable)

Qualifications:

• BSc/BA in Design or a related field.

Skills:

• Able to interpret and implement feedback from designers.
• Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude.
• Understanding of visual elements (layout, typography and image).
• Time Management.
• Written and verbal communications skills.
• Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and sell ideas to clients and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to artwork and output professional print ready files to required specification.
