With one of the core values being teamwork, everyone pulls their weight to achieve success. 75% of the deals done at the business are collaborative deals, which means there us so muchopportunity to earn commission.The Incentives - Graduate Recruitment Consultant

  • The ability to work the London and US markets (higher fees), with the luxury of Leeds living cost
  • Market leading commission structure up to 40%

The Role - Graduate Recruitment Consultant You will join the business as a 180 recruitment consultant, this involves:
  • Learning about the existing clients businesses and what their hiring priorities are through attending client meetings
  • Candidate sourcing through headhunting, advertising, networking, and using the company database
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Shortlisting candidates for your clients
  • Being the middleman between both parties and efficiently booking in interviews and getting feedback following any calls
  • Negotiating packages for your candidates
Once you have received your first promotion, you have multiple route you could progress down:Business Development Consultant
  • In charge of winning new clients for the business and earning commission every time the businesses places in that company
Delivery Consultant
  • Stay on the same team you begin with and supply your clients with candidates
Account Management
  • Overseeing the existing clients and candidates and maintaining strong relationships
The Ideal Candidate - Graduate Recruitment Consultant
  • Must be a team player - very collaborative company
  • Competitive (e.g., played team competitions)
  • Articulate and confident speaking with a range of people
  • Good work ethic with experience in part-time roles/work experience/internships
  • Able to work independently and as a team
  • Inquisitive and curious
  • Ideally a recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
