Manufacturing Futures is looking to appoint a Graduate Metallurgist to work in a company where they can grow and develop their skill set. The ideal candidate will be Degree educated (as a minimum) and ideally have 1 years industry experience in Metallurgyor Chemical Engineering. The role is very hands on so experience with machinery is advantageous. Graduate Metallurgist / Chemical Engineer/ / Furnace Operator / Pyrometallurgy / Hyrdometallurgy / R&DKey responsibilities:Develop and improve pyrometallurgical, hydrometallurgical, thermal and concentration processes in conjunction with customers, internal departments and external technology suppliersWilling to do hands on MetallurgyAbility to manage R&D ProjectsInnovation and creativity to deliver business objectivesIdentify key technical work required for business development and improvement and lead the projects through to completionGenerate and review project documents generated by wider teamsMonitor and analyse operational processes and data, supporting resolution of issues, participating in root cause analysis of incidents that occurs.Provide technical expertise including developing process flow diagrams, conducting trials on new equipment and collecting data for designDemonstrate leadership in EHS and contributes to all required aspects of safety reviews within the businessGraduate Metallurgist / Chemical Engineer/ / Furnace Operator / Pyrometallurgy / Hyrdometallurgy / R&DQualifications:1 Years Minimum industry experienceA Degree (Masters preferably) in Metallurgical Engineering or relevant Science discipline with extensive hands on practical, experienceIf this sounds like you click apply now!
