A reputable and growing technology company is looking for a bright and ambitious Graduate Helpdesk Analyst (1 st , and some2 nd line) to join an established team based in central Leeds, West Yorkshire- while there will be some remote working available, itll be based in the office initially for training purposes.The successful candidate will be tasked with providing (face to face and remote) 1 st , and some 2 nd line support to approximately 100 UK users across multiple locations. This role will involve utilising the helpdesk ticketing system, providing business application support, installing and configuring workstations, delivering user support training as well as some infrastructure exposure.You must have some commercial IT support experience (Intern, Apprentice, Helpdesk Analyst, Service Desk Engineer, Junior IT Support Technician), ideally for a medium sized user base in a fast moving industry, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to prioritise IT queries. It is essential to have a strong academic record(graduate or industry-related certifications such as MCP, MCSA or MCSE) with a good knowledge of a wide range of technology such as Windows 7 & 10, Office 365, Active Directory (log ins, user access control permissions, etc.), telephony solutions as well as knowledge of Printer support (ideally HP and Ricoh) and networking.This IT Support Technician role represents an opportunity for a tech savvy professional to join an exciting business with extensive growth plans and excellent IT career prospects. This role is paying up to £18,000 - £25,000 depending on experience plus benefits including pension, cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan and 24 days annual leave.
