The Company:Our client is a well-established and fast-growing retailer on the European MarketMain duties:To manage all e-Commerce platforms to develop the new accounts in Germany also to find new distributors and resellers.The Role:- To develop relationship with new clients in order to implement sales growth- To maintain a strong relationship with new and existing clients on the German and Central European Market- To do market research activities to find new sales leads- To develop potential business opportunities from generated leads- To follow up quotations in the view to gain new business - To pioneer new distribution to retail and trade sales channels- To create pricing models and promote sales plans- To manage all e-commerce platforms (eBay, Amazon)- To be responsible for online marketing campaigns- To work on sales targets, individually and as part of the Sales team- To attend exhibitions and trade shows, visit clients on the German and Central European MarketThe Candidate:- Fluent in German and English (Written and spoken) in very high standard is essential- Other European language would be a bonus (Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, Czech, Slovakian, Polish, Hungarian or Slovenian)- Degree in Business or Marketing- Experience in B2B Sales (preferable manufacturer or automotive sector)- Experienced in e-Commerce and online business management is a must (eBay, Amazon)- Online marketing experiences is a strong advantages (PPC, SEO, webshop management)- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Target-driven and sales motivated- IT literate (MS Office) - Driving license and passport holder for business travel to EUThe Salary: basic is negotiable DOE + Bonus + Benefits (OTE is over £65,000 p.a.)French Selection UK - The leading consultancy specialising in the recruitment of French, German, Spanish, Italian and Russian speaking professionals and executives throughout the United Kingdom.
