Job Description

Catch 22 are recruiting for a Building Host for one of the UKs leading property developer in Leeds offering a salary of £26,000You will be based within a prestigious, professional, modern setting focusing on always providing excellent customer service.Role Duties

  • Meeting and greeting visitors at the door as they enter the building.
  • Provide show rounds for potential tenants and guests.
  • Accurately recording calls and visits, ensuring messages are relayed promptly.
  • Driving the Guest Services offering.
  • Accountable for driving customer experience and becoming the first point of contact for tenants and visitors within the building.
  • Assisting tenants and visitors with any needs - stamping car park passes, offering directions, etc Answering telephones, taking messages etc Looking after the help desk, assisting with any problems or queries reported
  • Experience with Engineers/Contractors
The Ideal Candidate
  • To be passionate, professional, confident, bubbly individual who is keen and a quick learner
  • Good IT skills
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Strong team player & willingness to help
  • Front of house / Receptionist experience would be an advantage
  • This position would be ideal for anyone with previous face to face customer service experience such as retail, hospitality or housekeeping
