Following impressive growth this well regarded forensics team within a large and highly respected full service firm of accountants is expanding its highly experienced team. They would consider either an executive or more experienced manager. The business operates across multiple sites in the North of England and has a widely acknowledged reputation for very high quality mid-market advice within the forensics space. Clients value the quality of senior personnel leading their investigations but expansion has left the business at least one manager/executive short.The role will cover a wide range of forensic accounting services and is likely to be extremely varied including complex, commercial disputes, fraud investigations, business valuations, post M&A disputes and pre M&A dispute avoidance such as reviewing of SPA payment mechanisms and completion account mechanisms. The work is almost exclusively corporate/commercial. Whilst current, similar forensic accounting experience would of course be helpful the firm would be very interested to hear from qualified accountants - ACA, ACCA, CA, ICAS, ICAEW - who have similar analytical transactional advisory skills such as corporate finance, transaction services / due diligence, corporate recovery / reorganisation experience. It is important that whichever service line you are in, that your professional practice experience is current and from within a quality firm of accountants/forensic practice.
