Financial Planning Administrator - Senior / TechnicalLeeds (hybrid home and office working)Up to £30,000 basic plus market leading benefits package, exam support, defined career plansI am looking to speak to any experienced financial planning support professionals in the West Yorkshire area who might be considering their career options at the moment.A highly regarding organisation are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, ambitious and hard working individual who would sit between the financial planning administration team and the paraplanning team. This role is the link between the two support functionsand is a very important (and growing) part of the business.Some of the key responsibilities are as follows: - Obtain illustrations from product providers- Qualitative analysis of data received from providers- Extract and interpret the information received in response to Letter of Authority (LOA) requests- Input information from LOA responses into the system- Maintain progress status and liaise with Paraplanners- Obtain information from providers for client meetings where required- Validate and issue valuations to support the annual client review process where requiredSome of the experience I am looking for in a suitable candidate is: - Good working knowledge of relevant Financial Products (e.g. Pensions, Protection Products, Trusts and Investment Wrappers)- A thorough understanding of financial advice processes and procedures- Experience working in Financial / Wealth Planning focused teams together with Planners, Paraplanners, Administration and third party providers- Has the experience and confidence to deal with queries from stakeholders - Working cross-collaboratively with other teams and departmentsAs mentioned earlier this is a growing part of the organisation so there will be ongoing career development in this role. It offers the opportunity to grow into a more senior administrative function or a defined pathway into the paraplanning team if thatis a career goal of yours.
