Financial Planning Administration Manager / Team LeaderWest Yorkshire£30,000 - £35,000 (potentially more for outstanding candidates) + excellent benefits, market leading bonus, strong career development opportunitiesThis is a fantastic opportunity to work for a successful, established Financial Planning organisation in West Yorkshire as an FS Administration Manager/ Team Leader. The offices are easily commutable from Leeds and the wider West Yorkshire area.The successful applicant will support the Financial Advisors in all aspects of pre and post administration to provide clients with a first class financial advisory service.You will manage and lead a small team of experienced administrators (circa 6) to ensure a high standard of service and support to the clients and advisors. You will assist with work flow and distribution, reviewing quality of work and keeping a high functioningand harmonious team.You will be working predominantly within Private Wealth with a focus on Pensions, Investments and Life products whilst there are some corporate clients too.To apply you must have experience working in a support role within and IFA or Wealth Management firm. You must be organised, be able to manage your work load and very personable to fit in with the vibrant and friendly office environment.You MUST also have management experience ideally within a Financial Services organisation.
