Job Description

£45,000-£60,000 p.a. DOE with an OTE up to £120,000 through an uncapped performance-based bonus schemeLeeds City Centre.Are you looking for an employed financial advice role, with the flexibility of a mixture of home andoffice-based work, and a solid flow of leads provided, allowing you to focus on giving advice and servicing clients needs If so, then this could be therole for you.You will be providing holistic, independent financial advice solutions that meet customers individual retirement planning objectives, as well as investment and protection needs. Youll be provided with a solid supply of leads that have already been qualified. Additionally, youll be given full paraplanning and administrative support, making this is a rare opportunity in the market currently; one in which youll be provided withall the tools to enable you to give your clients your full attention and reach your true potential as an adviser.Youll be part of a dynamic and aspirational team who are quality focused and have an excellent reputation in the market. Youll also have the opportunity to develop your skills, mentoring and training new team members and supporting the wider growth ofthe business.Want to apply The successful candidate must have:

  • Level 4 Diploma (DipPFS) or equivalent, as a minimum
  • Current or recent competent adviser status (CAS) for financial advice
  • Knowledge and experience of having provided investment, protection and DC pension solutions
  • Experience as a Financial Adviser within the financial services industry. You may have an advice background that is whole of market, or come from a tied background
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
  • The ability to come into the office in Leeds and live within reasonable commuting distance, however there is flexibility on how often that is
The successful candidate will benefit from:
  • Basic salary of up to circa £60,000 p.a. (depending on experience)
  • Performance based bonus uncapped
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Pension (5% employee / 5% employer) PHI, death in service
  • Back-office support including paraplanning, technical research, administration, marketing, PII etc
  • Guaranteed high quality leads that have been pre-qualified
