Job Description

We are working with a Leeds based client who is revolutionising the dentistry industry. Our client is experiencing natural growth and have ambitious expansion plans for 2023 and onwards. We are recruiting for a new position that has been created to supportthe senior team including the director population.This is a part time role across 18.5 hours. Our client is flexible with days and the role can be hybrid following probation.We are looking for a finance administrator who has previous experience and success with reconciliations, banking, payroll and all general accounting applications. Experience with Dext and Zero systems would be preferable.Withing this role you will be working with the Group Manager on a day-to-day basis, supporting with additional executive work, expenses, financial planning opportunities.Please read through some of the specifications below, if you have worked within a similar environment, can demonstrate sensitivity and confidentiality within your role and a passion for joining a progressive organisation on their expansion journey then pleasesend us your CV todayInterview will take place week commencing 30th January 2023Duties and responsibilities:

  • Supporting the company accountant and team
  • Producing reports on day-to-day financial transaction
  • Data management of financial transactions using various software
  • management invoices and expenses
  • Manage finance agreements
  • Work with Directors and Leadership Team on various tasks that support the day-to-day business
  • Maintenance of internal financial systems
  • Always ensuring cost effective measures are in place for all areas
  • Support monthly payroll routine with the People Development Manager
  • Reconciliation of monthly expenses
Skills and responsibilities:
  • Must have advanced Excel knowledge for efficient reporting
  • Familiar with Accounting software eg: Dext, Xero
  • Discretion, trustworthiness and professionalism
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Ability to be proactive and take the initiative
  • Confident, self-starter with a positive attitude and approach
  • Previous financial administrative experience desired
