We put ourselves in our clients shoes, as part of a team of effective business people as well as efficient lawyers.DutiesThe following list of duties is not exhaustive but gives a flavour of the duties the Financial Accountant undertakes: Responsibility for preparation of statutory accounts for eight International entities in 5 countries, under relevant accounting standards and to local filing deadlines. Assisting the Group Accountant with the Groups Annual audit process Ensuring integrity of transactions supporting the International company accounts, to include preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and liaison with overseas offices. Working with the Group Accountant to maintain the partner payments, accounting records and current accounts as required under a limited liability partnership. Administration of Loan balances and preparation of covenants reporting requirements. Complete ad hoc projects and financial analysis in support of the firms management.Knowledge, skills and experience required (bespoke to role) Excellent organisational skills Strong analytical skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment Be CIMA,ACCA or ACA qualified Experience of working in an international and multi-currency business, preferably within the professional services sectorGood understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS reporting
