Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Finance Business Partner to to provide support for functional areas reporting into the Head of Finance. The successful candidate will be a key stakeholder to both senior leadership and the wider businessthrough proactively delivering constructive challenges and input into the strategic decision making.Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting and long-term strategic planning process of a sophisticated and dynamic business for all areas of the P&L.
  • Responsible for providing insightful and forward-looking performance reporting packs collaborating closely with regional finance teams and senior commercial stakeholders on key deliverables and understanding drivers.
  • Nurture close working relationship with the other Finance team members, ensuring co-operation.
  • Ability and confidence to offer practical commercial advice to business stakeholders by suggesting cost efficiencies to meet targets.
  • Drive consistency and timeliness in consolidated forecasting and planning cycles.
  • Drive efficiencies in processes, automating and innovating where possible.
Skills and Experience:
  • Qualified Accountant (recent post-qual candidates acceptable)
  • Previous Finance Business Partner experience or equivalent desirable
  • Strong Interpersonal skills with experience communicating with senior stakeholder.
  • Experience working with platforms such as MicroStrategy, Oracle, Hyperion, SUN Accounts, Workday, PRISM, JIRA, Looker and other BI tools would be ideal but is not crucial
