Job Description

Field Sales Executive - Field Based (Covering the North region)Fixed Term Contract - for a minimum of 6 months to cover maternity Leave (with opportunity to develop longer term within the business)£21,000 - £22,500 Per annum, Company Car along other benefitsAboutthe roleWere looking for a Field Sales Executive to work within the Tesco field team. The field team works with Tesco stores across the news and magazine category to support in the delivery of over £350m in sales revenue. This role will be supporting acrossapprox. 300+ Tesco stores across the North (Manchester, Blackburn, Lake District, Leeds, Bradford, Middleborough and Newcastle).This is achieved through:Delivering the agreed call cycle of store visits for the set territory, focussing on stores where thereis an opportunity to improve the management of the Newspaper and Magazine categorySales reporting and analysisBuilding effective relationships with key store contacts in the area, and influencing store management and staffCoaching and training Tesco employeeson management on the Newspaper and Magazine categoryAchieving the key performance indicators for the areaDelivering accurate and timely reporting information when requiredSupporting development and project initiatives across the wider team when requiredProvidingsupport for team members in other regions when requiredWhat we can offer you:Company car25 days annual leaveLaptop & Mobile PhoneHealth shield (*subject to probation completion)My Perks discountColleague Assistance programmeCycle to work schemeCompany PensionPlanAbout you:Given the volume of Tesco stores that fall under the North region, the ideal candidate will be highly motivated with excellent time management skills. No two days are the same and therefore travel is a key requirement in this role.
