Job Description

We have a fantastic and opportunity to join a Global leader in FMCG who are looking for an Export Coordinator to join their team and support with all goods exports by air, road and sea. Experience within international boarder regulations is required. Thisis a varied, fast paced role, you will be part of a friendly already successful team. If you have experience with shipping, exports and international documentation, you can demonstrate a key eye for detail and are looking for an opportunity to work for a leadingFMCG company with Maternity-Perm opportunities please send us your CVDuties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage open order report, co-ordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders for delivery dates, update P/O information and maintain accurate P/O data in SAP.
  • Run stock reports and analysis.
  • Monitor inventory levels and shelf life.
  • Communicate delivery delays and supply issues to supply chain stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Process Health Certificate Applications
  • Prepare Proforma Invoices, Packing Lists, Commercial invoice etc
  • Coordinate with internal & external partners e.g. Freight Forwarder/Vet/Customers
  • Process and monitor export clearances
  • Cost allocation & reporting
  • Weekly & Monthly Forecast & Demand Review Processes
  • Customer Engagement & Analysis
  • Customer Order Availability
  • Customer KPI Reporting & Analysis
Skills and Knowledge:
  • +2 years experience within freight operations
  • Ability to manage accurate data runs, processing
  • Experience with Export
  • FMCG experience
  • Experience with International customs documentation
  • Analytical
  • Can work as a team, and independently
  • Can manage own workload
