An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join an industry leading Geotechnical and Ground Engineering Contractor in Leeds. Our award winning client are offering a permanent role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who will join the commercial team and support multiple major Groundworks and Infrastructure projects across England.Applicants must demonstrate a strong academic background, having a degree in quantity surveying or similar Preferably candidates would have professional qualifications and/ or membership of the RICS or another relevant Chartered Institute.Experience relating to pre-construction Quantity Surveying, estimating, project cost plans, feasibility studies and measurements, costing and quoting for tender requests, billing of quantities, contract assessments, organising project schedules and liaising with clients.Knowledge of, and experience, in administering high value, geotechnical project work packages/ contracts utilising forms of contract such as NEC3 is desired.The position offers a competitive salary as well as an excellent variety of benefits, service awards and more.If you are interested in this role please do not hesitate to contact Matt Thompson on or call .
