A position for an Expeditor / Assistant Buyer based with our manufacturing client based in East Leeds will expedite materials and components from external vendors to meet the comapnies production and service requirements, ensuring materials arrive on time. The role will have other administration duties that will cover aspects of logistics controlling and purchase ledger such as: processing invoices; reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders; setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details within the purchase ledger and support monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.With the logistics support the role will help in the co-ordinating of actions relating to freight goods providing information and documentation to meet customer needs.
