Executive Search Recruitment Consultant - Lifescience. Would you like to recruit for some of the fastest growing Lifescience companies globallyWere working with an investor backed, hyper growth Leeds City Centre based recruitment company. Were looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding Lifescience team.The Recruitment Company

  • Perm placements - Average fee is £20k.
    • The Role
  • Headhunting Lifesciences talent internationally for a portfolio of prestigious established clients.
  • Developing new business.
  • Managing the full recruitment life cycle.
  • Youll be fully supported via training, an excellent database and existing relationships.
    • Who were looking for:
  • 1 year + Executive Search Recruitment experience in Professional markets such as; Lifescience, IT, Legal, Finance, Business Change etc
  • Roles are all perm so ideally youll be a Perm Consultant BUT dont be put off applying if youre a Contract Consultant as Perm experience is not essential.
  • Strong business development skills.

  • £22-£27k basic salary.
  • One of the strongest commission structures around. Almost 40%!
  • No threshold and uncapped commission.
