Job Description

* Hybrid role based out of Leeds City Centre 2 - 3 days per week.* Working for a Not for Profit Financial Services Organisation* Opportunity to use your skills to add value to the local communityAbout the ClientA member owned financial services business committed to delivering an important service across the local community. A great opportunity for someone who wants to use their executive assistant skills and experience to give something back to the community withina not for profit organisation and be working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team as they develop and grow the organisation to support more and more people across the local community.You will be supporting the CEO and Head of Finance with all administrative and diary management tasks including pack collation for Board and committee meetings along with minute taking. You will be responsible for all travel and meeting arrangements as wellas being the first point of contact dealing with correspondence and answering calls and look after the general day to day management of the office.The Successful Applicant:To be successfully considered for this role, candidates will possess the following skills and experience:* Strong organisation skills (essential)* Good communication skills (essential)* Shorthand, PowerPoint, Excel, Word (essential)* Adaptability and flexibility (essential)* Required to maintain confidential information (essential)* HR Knowledge (desirable)* Experience of working in a regulated environment (desirable)* Marketing experience (desirable) Whats on Offer* c£20,000 - £27,000 depending upon relevant experience* Holidays of 25 days * Flexible working and hybrid working
