Job Description

We are working exclusively on this exciting new Executive Assistant role working for a multi-faceted media business in Leeds. With strong financial Investment gained and a strategic Board in place, my client is looking to recruit an Executive Assistant. This is a truly unique opportunity to work for a business which merges Art, Creativity with the leading Fashion product "Sneakers" and is involved with Global Industry Awards, Platform & App Creation, along with future filming plans. As EA, your role will be very fluid both in terms of areas of responsibility and a specific location. You will initially be Leeds based however longer term there will be further travel in the North of England. We are looking for a Candidate who is creative in thought process and who perhaps has a Fashion or Marketing influence to their experience or possibly studied at Degree level with further business experience gained.What our client is looking for:

  • The right person is vital to this role. A mindful, humble and detail focused candidate always looking forward at what is next, in addition to the "here and now".
  • You will have worked within an organisational focused role, perhaps as a PA or EA or within a different role, where organisation and communication has played key parts to your roles.
  • Outstanding communication levels are essential, to build strong relationships, working with some very influential and well known names.
  • You will be digitally native, with very strong social media skills, a strong awareness of most social media channels and effective branding and content knowledge.
  • Experience of working with Google Apps for Diary management would be an advantage and any exposure to working with monday.com, Slack or Trello would also be an advantage but is not essential.
  • Excellent presentation skills, able to create engaging documents and presentations.
  • A flexible approach - jumping from one project to another will be a natural element to this role and flexibility both with your time and hours is vital.
  • What will your involvement be:
  • You will be involved with everything and anything within a business perspective, to support the CEO with a variety of ongoing projects, including Global Events, development of new Platform, implementing various creative hubs in the North of England in addition to TV productions.
  • You will liaise at all levels, providing information, gathering information and coordinating elements.
  • Diary management - extensive diary management for the CEO and Board, being mindful of International time zones.
  • Organising and attending meetings.
  • Organising travel arrangements (post covid), hotel accommodation, itineraries and all associated logistics.
  • Involved with Social Media, continually assessing its effectiveness and ways of improving brand and presence.
  • Other associated Administrative tasks and supporting with HR duties and processes as the business develops.
