A modern, ambitious, commercial law firm is looking for an Events Coordinator or Manager to join their team in Leeds.This is a new, part-time vacancy that will work alongside partners to strategically develop internal and external events designed to achieve business objectives. The Events Coordinator or Manager will plan, coordinate and where required oversee the runningof events within budget. Managing events through Microsoft Dynamics, the role holder will prepare event plans and timelines, create relevant and targeted mailing lists, research and select different venues, manage suppliers and prepare relevant presentationand marketing materials. The successful applicant will also be responsible for following up after events to assess success and return on investment and will use the database and other tools to provide strategic reports to the Partnership on the success ofevents and make recommendations for the future.IT literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office and CRM databases, the ideal candidate will have proven experience of events management, preferably within a professional organisation. The Events Coordinator or Manager will be a proactive, enthusiasticand creative team player who has the confidence to work with partners and staff at all levels and alongside external suppliers and consultants..
