Our client, a leading UK wide membership body is currently recruiting for an Event Manager based in Yorkshire & the Humber. This membership body is focused on the growth and development of its members businesses, the client provides influence and insightto enable them to succeed, create jobs and drive economic growth. You will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of commercial and non-commercial events of assorted sizes and formatsboth in person and digitally.Reporting to the Head of Events, you will take the lead in managing the annual calendar of events for both regions. Additionally, you will be the designated event lead for a specific set of events, as required. This will include initial research, pricing andplanning, marketing, sponsorship sourcing and management, speaker management and negotiations with suppliers and venues.The ideal candidate maybe educated to degree standard or equivalent level of experience (preferably in a business, marketing, event-management related subject). The ideal candidate may have considerable experience of event management and excellent knowledgeof the B2B events market. This position will be hybrid and comes with a salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience.Duties to include ( but not limited to ) :
