Estates Maintenance Officer - Joinery and Plumbing£23,735- £25,093 per annumHours: 37 per weekAs an award-winning college, we are always looking for exceptional staff to help us to grow our ambitions. We are currently looking for an Estates Maintenance Officer to join our College’s Premises team working across all sites. Duties will include:• Joinery and Plumbing duties across the three college sites,• Premises management,• Carrying out repairs & maintenance to the building fabric.A full driving licence and the ability to use your own vehicle to travel across sites is essential.You must be able to work on your own initiative and be confident in dealing with the students, staff and general public.
