You will be part of a small and supportive team where you will be managing incoming calls and emails from internal stakeholders across our insurance, clinics, and head office functions. Each day will be different where you will manage different complex cases around performance management, employment law, disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, absence management, whistle-blowing and flexible working.Whats a typical day

  • Provides excellent service and advice, coaching managers in how to best support them in managing their people.
  • Managing your own case load between 50-60 and being customer focused to ensure that matters are handled efficiently, fairly and consistently and in line with the conduct rule breaches in line with SMCR regulation.
  • Being commercial focused and able to advise managers on a triage approach, such as directing managers to online support, advising and coaching to presenting high risk cases to senior management.
  • Communicating with third parties when necessary, such as police involvement and safeguarding.
  • Provides seamless interface to other service providers such as Occupational Health, Employment Legal and Bupas income protection insurance provider
  • Who were looking for
  • Experienced in managing a high volume of HR cases issues of varying levels of complexity.
  • Successful experience of coaching, advising and influencing managers at all levels and at all stages of informal and formal processes.
  • Demonstrates excellent ability to work professionally as part of a team.
  • Excellent planning and organisational abilities with the capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise accordingly.
  • CIPD qualified or working toward the qualification.
