Job Description

My client is a directly authorised Independent Financial Advisory firm based in Central Leeds, providing bespoke Financial Advice to individuals across the UK, with regards to Pensions, Investments, Mortgages, Protection & Equity Release.We are currently seeking an Equity Release Assistant to join the current team in supporting the Equity Release Advisers of the company. Specifically your responsibilities will be:Processing of Equity Release applications on lender portal or via email

  • Client AML/ID verification on company CRM system
  • Solicitor Equity Release instruction on behalf of client via solicitor portal or email
  • Onboarding of new clients on to company CRM system and ongoing data management
  • Handling of Equity Release applications through to completion including client, lender and solicitor communication.
  • Updating adviser of key milestones etc.
  • Reporting from company CRM system
  • Assisting Senior Equity Release adviser with client research and suitability reports
    • We are seeking a candidate with a great telephone manner, who has some experience within the Mortgages, Equity Release sector, who wants to develop within the sector. It would be to your advantage if you had your CeMAP or CeRER qualifications already, or working towards them, coupled with the desire to develop within the Financial Services sector. Required skills
