About the company:We currently have an exciting opportunity to work for a company recently certified Great Place to Work along with the award-winning Subsidence Service division.This excellent opportunity that offers the right candidate the responsibility to manage a team of 10+ Building Consultants and Surveyors who handle subsidence insurance claims.This is a flexible position which offers home working, this role will require periodic visits to the office.What you will achieve in the role: Ensure colleague development, service delivery of team performance and complaint resolution. To hold a Chartered Building related qualification and ideally an insurance related qualification but not essential. A detailed and technical understanding of structural building damage, investigation and repair methods. Experience of insurance claims handling previously. The ability to resolve matters, delivering outstanding customer service and demonstrate empathy skills.
