In line with its strategic growth and expansion, the firm offers a specialized environment focused predominantly on Claimant-centeredlitigation.Qualifications & Experience Required:* A minimum of 4-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in the Employment Law sector. * Demonstrated capability for effective and seamless integration into new environments. * An outstanding academic track record, augmented by technical expertise earned at a top-tier legal establishment. Remuneration:* A competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £63,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Role Highlights:* The successful applicant will be a part of a prestigious team, renowned for upholding the highest standards of legal professionalism. * Engage with a multifaceted client base comprising of Unions, Associations, and a diverse spectrum of private sector clients from industries such as horse racing, rail transport, education, and music. * Enhance the capabilities of the Employment Rights Team, a group dedicated to expertly handling a breadth of employment and industrial relations issues across multiple judicial platforms.
