I am recruiting for an Employee Engagement Manager to join their team located in Selby. This role will assist in shaping how Kingspan communicates and engages within their employees, creating in an impactful Kingspan community. My client is looking for an individual who reflects their core company values; driven, integral and innovative.Key duties include:Manage the end-to-end design and delivery of communications campaigns.Support and coach senior stakeholders across the business.Lead the formation of the employee engagement strategy. Lead Employee Action Teams and Remote Culture Champion networks.Manage the overall programme and workstreams.Develop and oversee effective internal digital communication & engagement platforms. Keep the organisation up to date through regular e-newsletters, videos and briefings.Support colleagues to develop and promote their employer value proposition.Oversea employee facilities and environment. Manage the communication and engagement budget.Develop and manage recognition tools that celebrate Kingspan behaviours and achievements.Additional Information & Benefits:£45-£50,000Hybrid Work Model- 1x2 per weekBased in Kingspan Selby Site39 hours per week24 holiday days + statutory bank holidaysUp to 15% bonus based on company resultsLife Assurance 4x salaryPension plan employee contribution 4%employer contribution 5%
