The job holder will act as first point of contact on performance issues with industry regulatory bodies including Elexon alongsidekey customers and third-party agents.ENGIE are recruiting for an Electricity Settlement and Reconciliation Analyst based in Leeds . This is a Permanent role, working full time Monday to Friday.On offer is a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Elexon Business Unit Settlement Risk Report providing reports to management on red and amber areas, identifying areas for resolution.
  • Manage the performance of third-party agents ensuring any underperformance against contracted or industry service levels are identified.
  • Monitor the progress customer and agent performance improvement plans including project management of this issues,
  • Provide detailed analysis of NHH and HH Settlement Position and work with the teams across Market Operations to ensure feed in processes are in place
  • Assist with the Market Wide Half Hourly programme
  • To assist with the resolution of complex queries both internally and externally
  • To assist with internal projects and focus groups where required as a subject matter expert.
  • To also represent the team in internal and external meetings including customer, agent and performance meetings, ensuring team actions are addressed in a timely manner
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Energy Analyst essential
  • Electricity industry experience and relevant Electricity Settlement experience is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a complex and dynamic environment.
  • Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office
  • Proven ability to produce accurate work within tight deadlines
  • Good knowledge of industry processes particularly the relevant areas of the Balancing and Settlement Code (BSC), Uniform Network Code (UNC), Distribution Connection use of System Agreement (DCUSA) and the Master Registration Agreement (MRA).
