Job Description

Educational Support Worker, Primary School, Pudsey, LeedsAre you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young learners An exciting opportunity has arisen for dedicated individuals to join on of our primary schools as an Educational Support Worker in the Pudsey area. We are currently offeringboth Full-Time and Part-Time positions, providing flexibility to suit your lifestyle.Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to students with diverse educational needs.
  • Assist teachers in the implementation of individualised learning plans.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to address students academic and social development.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred but not essential.
  • A genuine interest in supporting the education and well-being of young learners.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
