ECOMMERCE COORDINATORLEEDS (INITIALLY HOME BASED, MOVING BACK TO THE OFFICE WHEN APPROPRIATE)UPTO £24,000 + Parking + Pension + Staff Discounts + Incentives + HolidaysTHE OPPORTUNITY:Want to work for a fast-growing Fashion business in a busy Ecommerce departmentThe successful candidate will be joining a long established, highly reputable and fast-growing fashion business where you can truly build a rewarding career.Youll be joining the business as a Marketplace Executive which is responsible for all the external Ecommerce channel platforms such as Amazon & eBay as well as many others.The role will be located within the Ecommerce team and forms part of the wider marketing team, therefore, youll be surrounded by a huge team of professionals who will be able to support you and develop your broader skill set.This is the perfect opportunity for someone who already has experience in a similar role who is looking to join a larger business OR an individual who is looking for there first big break!THE ROLE

  • Working in the Ecommerce team looking after the marketplace.
  • Using a tool called Channel Advisor to distribute new product listings to the multiple external ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, LaRedoute
  • Collating pre-existing product descriptions and product photographs to be used within the listings
  • Optimising existing listings by adding key product features and to increase sales
  • Monitoring potential customer service issues prior to them becoming a dispute and alerting the customer service team
  • Managing a large number of product SKUs and ensuring they are refreshed within new product lines
  • Analysing data and monitoring overall/individual product performance
  • Creating detailed reports for the Ecommerce Manager
    • THE PERSONEssential
  • Experience of working within Amazon / Ebay ecommerce / marketplace channels, ideally handling large volumes.
  • Must have strong analytical skill set and have Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Highly computer literate with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent people skills and able to build great relationships
    • Desirable
  • Written knowledge of French and or German would be significant advantage
  • Previous experience of using Channel Advisor or similar marketplace platforms such as LinnWorks would be a big help. In its absence, youll need to be confident to use such tools with training.
