Job Description

Page Personnel are working exclusively with a global online retailer who have a brand new opportunity available for an Ecommerce Administrator to join their team.Client DetailsA well established, global online retailer who supply over 8000 products to both businesses and consumers.DescriptionAs an Ecommerce Administrator, you will be reporting directly to the Senior Ecommerce Manager, responsible for the maintenance and growth of the ecommerce websites. Duties will include but are not limited to;

  • Responsible for the timely and accurate loading of new products to key online ecommerce platforms and the administration and maintenance of existing data.
  • Maintaining the website to ensure that product descriptions are correct.
  • Using an e-commerce platform to manage all content for the website.
  • Writing SEO content for landing pages.
  • On-site search optimisation - reviewing site searches to optimise results for conversion and identifying missed opportunities.
  • Assist the Ecommerce Director to maintain performance on the Google Ad words account.
  • Online reputation management which includes responding to positive and negative reviews, e.g. on Loox and other feedback forums.
  • Customer support and assistance with any ecommerce queries on related ecommerce websites.
