Alexander Lloyd are proudly partnering with a market leading Employee Benefits Consultancy who are looking for an EB Consultant to join their team.This person would sit within their Small Business Solutions team (SBS) who look after SME clients and currently consists of c8 Healthcare consultants and 1 Group Risk Consultant. This person would be responsible for overseeing their own portfolio of existingSME clients, develop cross-selling opportunities using the full range of services offered by the business and optimising portfolio retention. As their team is already very Healthcare heavy, they are looking for someone with a strong background in Group Riskto come in and hit the ground running. They will be advising their clients on Group Risk & Protection benefits so this experience is essential. A broad knowledge of Healthcare products such as Private Medical Insurance, Health Cash plans and Dental would be a bonus but is not essential. Other duties include being the first pointof contact for clients, providing adhoc advice on client queries, converting sales enquiries from an allocation of new business leads to successfully achieve a range of business targets including revenue and quality. I have attached the JD for your considerationwhere my details can be found.This position is paying from £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience, plus OTE 20% bonus. The bonus consisting of a combination of retention, revenue growth and quality. Ideally this person would live in or near Leeds where their mainoffice is based (LS7 1AQ) however they are also open to considering candidates from across the UK on a remote basis so location is not an issue.
