Now, lets talk about your role.The roleholder will be business workstream lead for a number of projects on the Digital roadmap. The roleholder will represent the business working closely with change project manager and IT.Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Business case and benefits assessments - support Senior Product Owner to write compelling business cases for programme deliverables based on customer and commercial targets, demonstrating a return on investment, taking into account budget and business capabilities.
  • Budget Management - Regularly review spend on own projects to ensure it is used in the most effective way. Ensure your complete all internal invoicing processes in an accurate and timely manner, including regular forecasting to identify potential over/under-spends.Pioneer Innovation - sharing new ideas and developing them into successful products, services and systems. Drive innovation and ensure ideas are implemented and adopted across the organisation.Continuous optimisation - contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Understand the value customers see in products and digital services, through the appropriate analysis of the customer insights, to support Senior Product Owner and Marketing Performance Manager in deriving the product strategy and positioning and contributing to overall business objectives.Risk Management - adhere to internal governance and procedures, and identify and implement ways to mitigate risks within our product development activity, so that we meet all regulatory requirements and do the right thing for our customers. Ensure business needs are documented and reflected in product roadmaps and in the resulting productsSupplier Management - Establish strong relationships with our supplier(s). Adhere to agreed ways of working ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. At the same time, ensure the supplier(s) are managed according to Lowell third-party risk management policyStakeholder Management - Collaborate with stakeholders around the business and proactively share updates, insight and recommendations, to drive forward business decisions and the delivery of digital strategy. Youll be a great negotiator whos easily able to prioritise own workload and is confident working in an agile.Content delivery process - Manage the end to end process of website content delivery, including briefing agencies, stakeholder sign-off, and monitoring of results; to deliver website content on time, within budget, and which meets business and customer requirements.Publishing content - responsible for updating the content management system and publishing content created as part of a modular approach within UMBRACO CMS.
