Job Description

POST recruitment are recruiting for a Digital project manager for an award winning consultancy in Leeds:Ideally suited to an experienced Product manager with digital, new proposition and new media development. Preferably a working knowledge of APIs too!We are looking for a Digital Product Manager Lead to head up the digital arm of the team, reporting into our Head of Technology. Initially, the primary focus will be to support on the Partnership accounts. The ideal candidate should be a:

  • Thought leader and expert in digital media and monetisation.
  • Digital expert who can create and maintain a digital centre of excellence
  • Skilled people manager and mentor
Background:
  • Min 5 years experience in Digital Media roles (agency/ media-owner or ad-tech background) with a focus on performance/ecommerce/brand experience
  • Understanding of the retail media and ad-tech landscape
  • Knowledge of retail and retailer ways of working
Responsibilities:
  • Own product development roadmap for digital media to deliver against business strategy - formats, placements, targeting, reporting, partners.
o Analysis of sales and performance data to understand gaps in portfolio and areas to resolve - manage a digital dashboard
  • Working with the commercial team to drive digital sales targets
  • Own the end-to-end media proposition including new media, new formats from business case, through stakeholder alignment and defined tech requirements.
o AMP tech interface with Criteo, and ownership of the platform roadmapo Work with tech lead to advise on platform suitability, requirements for scale across booking, delivery & reporting for digital media & the roadmapo Drive platform enhancements and best practice with Criteo - delivery, optimisation, troubleshooting, SLAso Consult with Ad Ops team to understand pain-points and blockerso Consult with Ad Ops lead & Planning & Insight lead on KPIs and reporting requirements.o Inventory and yield management across trade and programmatico Define optimum workflow across AMs, Online Grocery team, Ad Ops and Criteo
