Are you someone who knits agency process, service levels, work-flow and efficiency together If so, please read on.Client DetailsAs an agency, theyve a proud and respected pedigree so youll be in very good company, working on a real breadth of national and global brands and have plenty of fun along the way.Digital is in their DNA and represents a huge chunk of their revenue so a role like this really matters.DescriptionAre you the glue that holds everything togetherIf so, this is the chance to lead operations for a growing digital consultancy as their new digital operations director.As a newly created position its a role that needs subtle but consistent leadership and someone with a passion for digital and also emerging technologies who can drive efficiency across the business, ensuring the agency deliver beyond expectations on everybrief.As their new Digital Operations Director youll be adept at managing teams, finance, resource and work-flow in an agency working across the digital landscape.This means winning the respect of the teams as youll be required to make decisions that consistently influence the overall profitability of the agency.The measure for success in this role will be financial and how youre saving the agency money as well as how you control service levels, job costs and ultimately peoples time.Its a role that, done well, will free up experts across all areas of digital, brand and performance media to focus on their core areas meaning time is being spent on the right things in the right areas.ProfileThe key for this role is priority.Youll be someone who gets the balance right. A people person who can make stuff happen.Youll love a project, and thrive in an environment with plenty of moving parts.Its possible youll come from a marketing department or more likely youll have played a commercially focused operations manager or operations director type role in a similar business.As the digital operations director, youll love the challenge of balancing time, work, service, output and profit for a digital business.The agency is Leeds based and operate a hybrid model meaning most folk are in 2-3 days a week at most.Job Offer£60,000 - £70,000
