Are you an experienced digital motion designer who is ready for an exciting challenge Are you obsessed with marketing and always looking to find the best creative fit for every briefYou will have the opportunity to join our newly formed Design and Motion team, an integral part of our in house studio and design team. This role is a key part of the team and you will be working cross-functionally to deliver paid and organic marketing content. You will use your design skills to edit video, grade shots and video, overlay audio and animate. Your remit will include everything from taking the brief all the way to the finished creative product.You will work closely with multiple stakeholders across the business including the content and broadcast teams, the design studio and stakeholders across marketing and the wider business to product marketing leading creative. You should be passionate about the industry and keep up to date with the best practises for content and broadcast marketing. You will develop a process along with the content publisher for the delivery of all assets in accordance with the creative brief and critical path.Your wider team will be truly multi-skilled and the remit will be varied so you should thrive in this type of environment. You should foster channel expertise to ensure creative delivers its planned objectives and is delivered on brief and budget. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all creative ladders up to overall objectives and wider customer plan.Your roleYou will have a real eye for detail and will play an integral part in owning the development of working processes in this new team including the templates used by the brand, the management of raw assets, and the development of our creative. You will be motivated by creating creatively excellent work. Your motion design skills must be excellent and you should be able to demonstrate your work to us.You will be a team player with digital design experience across multi-channel platforms and have a keen and astute creative eye. You will be able to spot and know emerging trends in creative and understand how to use brand guidelines to fulfil a brief.You will be driven by success, including ensuring all creative is delivered on time, on brief and on budget. You will be a core part of the team striving for content excellence and ensuring all digital motion content aligns to wider marketing plans or to business needs.About You
