Job Description

Our Bradford based client has a fantastic opportunity to join their Marketing Team, to work with the head of Marketing driving the digital engagement and success.We are recruiting for an experienced Digital Content Manager who has prior success working with festivals, ideally from an educational or non-profit organisation. You will be driving the annual culture and arts programme, working acrossthe website and all social media platforms, creating content and growing outreach within the community.Due to the specific requirement of this role, prior experience and success will be needed to execute timely projects.Experience within the arts and literature would be preferred, however a similar creative background or experience within events will allow a smooth transition into this role.If you have the required specific skills and can work within a creative environment, then please send us your CV.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create awareness of the festival/organisation through integrated marketing
  • Create and deliver digital marketing strategy outreach programme annually
  • Connect with new audience groups and ensure support and engagement
  • Target digital audience and conversions, ticket sales and visitor engagement
  • Department budget management
  • Stakeholder engagement and communications
Experience and Skills:
  • Must have prior experience withing a digital content role
  • Excellent copywriting skills, proofreading and ability to manage content
  • PR experience desirable
  • Working knowledge of Adobe suite, Audio/video editing, packing and publishing
  • Experience with the arts and literature desirable
  • Events background desirable
