About the RoleAs the Digital Content Coordinator you will play a key role in helping shape and implement our digital first internal communications strategy. You will work as an integral part of the Digital Channels team, within the broader Colleague Communications and Engagement team, to specifically deliver and develop the colleague intranet platform and other digital platforms to ensure our colleagues stay connected.In collaboration with stakeholders across the business you will gather requirements in order to manage communication content, outages and developments in platforms. The Coordinator will act as a key point of contact for intranet communication queries, and will manage issues and problems as they arise.You will provide direct support to the Digital Channels Manager in implementing future intranet developments and other digital projects, such as Poppulo, Stratacache, event solutions and app development. Alongside this you will focus on improving user experience and use UX principles to develop user-centred content, and manage the testing and implementation of site updates. As well as this you will play an important role in upskilling and supporting the wider team and others across the business in UX/content design principles and the use of publishing tools.About YouYou will likely have experience working within a content management system (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager, Sharepoint) to create user-centred content, using design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud) and be passionate about working to UX and content design principles. As youll be working within the internal communication team youll need great communication skills and the ability to influence and build strong relationships across the business.
