Job Description

Executive Talent Solutions are working with a leading consumer goods business in Leeds to recruit an experienced Acquisitions Manager.Since their launch 3 years ago, the business has rapidly established itself as a market leader with innovative products now being sold globally. They are enjoying 20% growth month on month and have ambitious plans for the future.The role will work closely with the CRM Manager and the ecommerce teams to drive acquisition of new customers to their websites via digital channels (paid search, paid social, SEO, display etc).Responsibilities will include:

  • Work closely with marketing teams, including the ecommerce team and other stakeholders to develop and implement our global digital marketing strategy.
  • Responsibility for developing and managing the digital acquisition capability and ensuring close collaboration with agencies and stakeholders. Ensuring budgets and maintained and ROI is achieved.
  • Drive customer acquisition campaigns, measuring performance with a programme for continuous improvement
  • Meet acquisition targets and demonstrate ROI
  • Create and own the digital acquisition plan with sales and marketing managers.
  • Manage the use of third-party and in-house platforms to deliver against agreed KPIs.
Succesful candidates will have relevant experience gained ideally within an e-commerce, subscription based or fast paced environment. Previous experience of managing third party agencies will be highly advantageous.In return there is a competitive salary, room to develop this role and the opportunity to join this business at an exciting stage of their development.
