This leading retailer is a true market leader in its field. Part of a larger, global organisation, they are being spoken about by everyone in the sector. The business is renowned for offering exceptional customer service standards and a product that hasa huge following with its customers.This new role into the store structure will see you being be part of a larger management team. You will manage your team to deliver excellent store standards through stock replenishment, range reviews, promotional merchandising management, health and safetyand store administration. This role would suit a manager who enjoys the operational aspects of running a business retail unit.The ideal candidate will come from a retail background that has a love of all things back of house. You’ll be an experienced people manager who has a natural leadership style that can motivate their team to deliver the high standards that are expected withinthe business.In return they are looking to pay a salary of up to £30,000 and a performance related bonus of up to 12% of your salary. You will also be given the autonomy to make decisions within your role that you wouldnt usually have, particularly with this being a newrole.
