Job Description

DEPUTY HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES& ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENTRef: 0312Hours: 37 per weekSalary: £34,458- £36,480 per annumAs an award-winning college, we are always looking for exceptional people to help us to grow our ambitions. As Deputy Head of HR & OD you will manage the day-to-day function of the HR service including: recruitment and retention; employee relations;developing and implementing OD interventions, HR practices and policies; and providing advice to line managers.In return, we offer a warm and welcoming college with an excellent benefits package that includes:
