  • As part of our Technical Support team, you become a valuable expert in our vSEC:CMS product suite, customers, and markets
  • You directly contribute to our customers and partners’ successes, working with support related issues pertaining to our products, providing integration services and remote or onsite product training or webinars
  • In collaboration with our R&D Department you perform product testing and make sure our technical documentation stays helpful and lean
  • Supporting our Sales team or Marketing division, you have an opportunity to attend trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
    • Job requirementsThe ideal candidate shall have the following characteristics:
  • Passion for IT-security issues and enthusiasm in technical support and customer interactions
  • Strong technical background in IT Security - ideally specialized in Identity & Access Management and PKI; experience in Microsoft + Windows server. We see it as a big plus if you already have knowledge in the field of smart card applications and 2FA
  • Very good verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-organised team-player who can also work independently
  • Proactive and and good problem solver
