Job Description

Morgan King Accountancy are actively recruiting a Debt Recovery Associate to join a growing client in Leeds, considered one of the UKs fastest growing businesses to-date! With a turnover of around 30 million, they require a self-starter who doesnt shyaway from a challenge.Benefits

Day-to-day responsibilities
  • Respond to complex account and billing queries
  • Optimising bad debt losses and reducing the risk of impact on credit ratings
  • Process building and on-going refinement of processes
  • Working with an appointed debt management company in order to escalate long standing debt
  • Assisting with outstanding invoice queries
  • Ensure the recovery process runs as efficiently and smoothly as possible
  • Liaise with management in order to approve settlements and write-offs
About you
  • Highly organised individual with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to deal with challenging situations
  • Experience with customer negotiations to retrieve payments
