Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for 2 Debt Management Team Leaders to join us. We are looking for a highly motivated individual, who is a natural people person. You will be responsible for Leading and managing a team of advisors to help clients on theirjourney to becoming debt free. You will do this by supporting and developing your team so that they are highly productive.Its key role, with a focus on delivering a great client experience every time.What you will be doing:

  • Support and develop your team so that they are highly productive, in turn helping us to meet client demand for our service
  • Provide feedback that helps your team achieve the highest standards of quality and accuracy
  • Create an inspiring team environment. Recognise high performance, and make effective use of reward and recognition to boost engagement
  • Hold regular reviews with each team member to discuss performance against objectives, development needs/aspirations, and engagement levels
  • Recognise any coaching or training needs and take suitable steps to address these
  • Communicate key messages in an engaging and easily understandable way. Deliver regular team briefing sessions, making sure that all members of your team receive a consistent message and understand any actions required
  • Accurately record all issues relating to your team on our workforce management and HR tools, for example by recording and monitoring team absence
What we want from you:
  • A good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to direct and motivate your team to meet fluctuating levels of client demand
  • The confidence to manage complex queries, manage objections and take ownership of issues
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to plan and organise effectively skills, along with a flexible approach
  • A sound knowledge of the debt recovery process (Desirable)
  • Experience of leading, managing & developing a team
  • Experience of dealing with people management processes and policies, for example attendance improvement or performance improvement
  • A good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to direct and motivate your team to meet fluctuating levels of client demand
