Job Description

NEW ROLE - Data Engineer - £70,000 - Leeds (Hybrid)Are you an experienced Data Engineer looking for a new role Well look no further!This role will be hybrid based in Leeds (On-site 2 days per week)Think youve got what it takes The role of a Data Engineer involves

  • Advance Azure knowledge and experience working and migrating data products from on-prem to Azure
  • Experience building and optimizing big data data pipelines, architectures and data sets using PySpark
  • Experience building real-time data pipelines using Event-hub, storage queues and Azure stream analysis
  • Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets
  • Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management
To be considered for this role you should possess
  • Advanced Python and PySpark knowledge
  • Experience with Azure technologies
  • Experience building end-to-end data flow pipelines in Azure
  • Experience with Big Data pipelines
  • Strong analytical skills related to working with unstructured datasets
