Role - Data Analyst Location - Leeds (Central) Salary - Up to £45,000Skills - SQL, Data Visualisation Tool - PowerBI / Tableau Work Pattern - Hybrid, but very flexible - on average about 1 day every fortnight in the office.We have a brand new role for a company looking to really develop their analytical and reporting capability and as such the are hiring for a Data Analyst to really push forward their analytical offering.Their office is in a Central Leeds and the company are very flexible about remote / hybrid working. The role is offered on a hybrid working basis but there is no set pattern, you will be expected in the office for meetings and when needed but it averagesout to about once every 2 weeks.This is a role that we are looking to schedule interviews for as soon as possible so please do reach out if you are interested on finding out more.The RoleThe role is essentially a new role as the company grows and takes on additional work. Their field is data hungry and therefore there is a wide range of data they are looking for you to work with. This is the first "Data Analyst" role in the business andhas such you will have a lot of freedom and autonomy but also be a key player in developing their Analytics function and implementing their Analytics Strategy.This is not a role where you will be behind a keyboard all day, we are looking for someone to work with the customers, really iron out the requirements for each report before delivering and supporting them future with insights.Key Duties:* Create and deliver dashboards and reports as well as business critical insights * Work with clients to maximise potential from dashboards. * Gather requirements around the reports needed, work with stakeholders to understand what is needed before delivery* Manage the quality and development of data * Assist with the development of data collection and reporting workflows* Support the implementation of the overall analytics strategy. * Training and Supporting customers on Dashboard usageRequirements:* Data Visualisation tool - can be any. * SQL* Must be happy in a client facing role.* Bonus - Any experience with a more advanced programming language (Python / R) would be an advantageBenefits:* Company pension* Cycle to work scheme and eye care vouchers* 25 days annual leave + BHs per annum (to increase with service)* Very flexible approach to hours and working from homeNext Steps: If you a Data Analyst and you are looking to progress with an organisation that has a fantastic approach to work in a supportive and creative environment, then look no further - this is the role for you!Interviews for this role will be held imminently.
